Sundance Picture Post 1/20/2012

An incredibly busy morning of press previews, smoke machines (part of Ho Tzu Nyen's piece, pictured below at top), Robert Redford giving charming speeches about his organization's mission statement (mostly oriented around the focus of storytelling, how film and art are constantly in flux but supporting an interesting tale is the backbone of important creative expression), and the early morning blare & 3d technology of Marco Brambilla (whose New Frontiers piece is a 3D extravaganza of epic filmic proportions- pic below, more on the piece later!) were all just some of the things that made today a tiring start...zzzzz.....
